These Terms & Conditions govern use of NiyogPoint, a managed recruitment facilitation platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and other policies published on this website that apply to your activity.

1. Platform Role & No Employment Guarantee

NiyogPoint facilitates recruitment activities such as job publication, application handling, candidate review, interview coordination and managed communication. NiyogPoint does not itself promise, offer or guarantee employment. Final recruitment decisions remain with the relevant institution/employer, subject to applicable law.

2. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate, current and lawful information, verify their email where required, protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. One person or institution must not create misleading duplicate identities or impersonate another person or organization.

3. Employer / Institution Terms

  • An institution may create an account, but job posting and recruitment actions require NiyogPoint verification and approval.
  • Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their job advertisements, eligibility requirements, salary information and other recruitment statements.
  • Employers must not publish fake, deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or misleading vacancies.
  • Employers must not request unnecessary sensitive personal information from candidates through the platform.
  • Employers must not bypass the NiyogPoint-managed communication workflow to obtain or misuse protected candidate contact information.
  • Candidate CVs and other documents may be used only for legitimate recruitment purposes and must be kept confidential and secure.
  • NiyogPoint may review, edit, reject, hide or remove a listing and may suspend or terminate an employer account where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or policy enforcement.

4. Candidate Terms

  • Candidates must provide truthful and accurate personal, educational, professional and application information.
  • CVs, certificates and other documents must belong to the candidate or be lawfully provided for the stated recruitment purpose.
  • Candidates must not submit forged qualifications, misleading experience, fraudulent applications or abusive content.
  • Candidates must use the platform only for legitimate employment/recruitment purposes and must not spam employers, administrators or other users.
  • Candidates control their professional profile visibility through the available privacy settings, subject to application-stage, security and legal requirements.
  • Candidates must not use another person's account or attempt to access another person's application, documents, messages or private information.

5. Job Posting Policy

All job advertisements are subject to review and approval. A job post should clearly identify the institution/employer, role, eligibility requirements, location, applicable salary or remuneration information where appropriate, application deadline and other material conditions. Prohibited listings include fraudulent or fictitious jobs, misleading salary claims, unlawful or discriminatory requirements, requests for improper fees, malware or malicious links, and advertisements designed to collect personal information for an unrelated purpose.

NiyogPoint may suspend, reject, edit, unpublish or remove any listing that appears unsafe, inaccurate, expired, duplicate, misleading or inconsistent with these Terms.

6. Applications, Interviews & Communication

Submitting an application does not guarantee review, interview or selection. NiyogPoint may coordinate interview dates, methods and links and may manage communication between candidates and institutions. Users must not use the platform to harass, threaten, deceive or improperly pressure another participant.

7. Candidate Data, Documents & Confidentiality

Candidate contact information and protected documents are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable recruitment workflow. Identity documents are not part of the employer document-download workflow. Users who receive candidate information must keep it confidential, use it only for legitimate recruitment purposes and protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. Community & User Content Policy

Users must not upload, publish or send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, malicious, invasive of another person's privacy, infringing of intellectual-property rights, or intended to distribute spam, malware or scams. Users must not publish another person's personal information without a lawful basis or authorization.

Content may be reported to NiyogPoint. We may review, restrict, remove or preserve content where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, investigation, dispute handling or platform integrity.

9. Reporting, Moderation & Suspension

Users may report suspected fake jobs, fraudulent candidates, privacy violations, abusive messages or other policy breaches through the official NiyogPoint support/grievance channel. NiyogPoint may investigate and take proportionate action, including warning, content removal, temporary restriction, suspension or termination. Where appropriate, information may be disclosed to competent authorities or service providers as permitted or required by law.

10. Payments & Subscriptions

Where paid plans are offered, the plan price, duration and payment instructions shown at the time of purchase apply. The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Payment gateways may impose their own technical and legal terms.

11. Intellectual Property

NiyogPoint's branding, original interface, software, text and other protected materials belong to their respective owners. Users retain rights in content they lawfully own, but grant NiyogPoint the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and transmit that content for the operation of the service.

12. Prohibited Use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, probe or exploit security weaknesses, upload malicious files, scrape protected data, reverse engineer protected components except where legally permitted, or use NiyogPoint for unlawful activity.

13. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints should first be submitted through the NiyogPoint contact/grievance channel with sufficient information to identify the issue. NiyogPoint will review complaints in good faith and may request supporting information. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, business model or applicable requirements change. The effective date and current version will be shown on the published page. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
